Dr. Quintin Boston is the managing member of Boston Vocational Consulting, LLC. Dr. Boston earned is B.A. in psychology from the University of South Florida, as well as a Master of Arts in Vocational Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. Boston earned his Ph.D. in Rehabilitation from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Dr. Boston has experience in vocational rehabilitation in both the federal and state sector. In addition, he provides expert testimony work as a third party non-partial expert for the Social Security Administration. His private rehabilitation work also includes vocational consulting, career counseling, and analyzing jobs. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor as well as a License Professional Counselor (NC).
Consultant
Dr. Nathalie Mizelle joined Boston Vocational Consulting, LLC as a consultant in 2020. She is also an Associate Professor and Director of the Graduate Counseling Program at the University of the District of Columbia. She has a doctorate in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of the Wisconsin-Madison and has over 25 years of professional experience as a rehabilitation and mental health practitioner as well as 18 years as a counselor educator.
She has over 20 articles, book chapters, edited books, grants and presentations. Here at Boston Vocational Consulting she conducts vocational and diagnostic assessments and evaluations. In addition, she provides consulting services in the development and implementation of rehabilitation, mental health and social service research projects.

Dr. Becerra joined Boston Vocational Consulting, LLC as a consultant in 2020. He is a certified rehabilitation counselor and licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. His disability experience involves providing vocational expert testimony for Social Security Administration, private rehabilitation counseling services, and connecting healthcare services to individuals and families with disabilities.
In addition, he has experience with vocational consulting, job placement and supportive employment services, personal and social adjustment training, group work. Here at Boston Vocational Consulting, LLC he provides vocational assessment expertise. Lastly, he has also worked as a professor, dean, and counselor with clients in the community, school districts, college campuses, and vocational rehabilitation agencies.
